Process

Four steps, zero guesswork.

A packaging programme fails in the handoffs. We removed them — one team, one building, one documented path from your brief to a palletised delivery.

Process

Four steps,
zero guesswork

Typical lead time from approved dieline to delivered pallet: 18–25 working days.

Brief01

We map the product, the shelf and the budget

A 30-minute call turns into a spec sheet: dimensions, board weight, finish, quantity and target landed cost.

Structural design and a physical white sample

You hold the box before we print it. Revisions are free until the structure is right.

Press03

Print, foil, die-cut and hand assembly

In-house production with colour approval at the press and inspection at every station.

Deliver04

Packed, palletised and tracked to your door

Flat-packed for volume or pre-assembled for retail, with export documentation handled.

Frequently asked

What do you need to quote?

Internal dimensions, quantity, board and finish preferences, plus any reference images. A rough sketch is enough to start.

What is the minimum order?

500 units for most rigid constructions. Prototype and sample runs are quoted separately.

Can we approve colour before production?

Yes — we send a printed proof and, on request, invite you to the press check for the first sheets.

How is artwork supplied?

Print-ready PDF or AI files on our supplied dieline template, CMYK with Pantone spot colours named for foil and spot UV layers.
